This award is a seal of quality. The province of Tyrol selects Tyrolean companies that highlight particularly in the training of their apprentices. The selection takes place according to strict criteria and is judged by a jury. The jury is made up of people from the Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber of Labour and the Province of Tyrol. This award is a guarantee for good training quality and shows future apprentices that they are being trained in an exemplary company.
